As a Business Banker, you’ll be the face of the bank in one of the most dynamic, opportunity-rich markets in the country. You’ll drive new loan production, expand deposits, and cultivate deep, lasting client relationships in Miami’s business community.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and manage strong business relationships by understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering tailored financial solutions
  • Drive loan production and deposit growth through proactive outreach, cross-selling, and opportunity identification
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities across a broad suite of financial products and services
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, smooth transactions, and exceptional client experiences
  • Represent the bank in the Miami community through active involvement in professional groups and local events
  • Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on relationship development, credit fundamentals, and best practices
  • Collaborate with Business Banking leadership to influence market strategy, portfolio performance, and competitive positioning
  • Continuously optimize your portfolio by monitoring client performance, credit quality, and market conditions
  • Proactively manage risk to ensure balanced growth, profitability, and regulatory compliance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Proficiency in banking systems, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and related tools


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of business banking sales and client relationship experience (or related financial services experience)
  • 1+ years of credit analysis and risk assessment experience
  • 1+ years of leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience preferred
