Essential Job Functions
• Lead the execution of strategic and tactical plans that drive business development, portfolio quality, and financial performance
• Build and execute strategies for high-value retention, expansion, and acquisition of commercial relationships
• Partner across business lines to deliver a seamless, team-based client experience
• Leverage your local network and centers of influence to identify, pursue, and win new opportunities
• Model unwavering integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Champion the bank’s lending principles: asset quality first, profitability second, growth third
• Manage and develop team members through coaching, hiring, performance management, and career advancement

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field / equivalent experience
• 5+ years of business development and leadership experience in a financial institution
• 7+ years of lending experience with strong credit acumen
• Proven track record of consistently achieving business development goals and financial targets
• Demonstrated success managing, leading, and coaching banking professionals
• Comprehensive knowledge of bank products, services, lending/fair lending, collateral management, and regulatory requirements
