What You'll Do

  • Have a major part in the continued building of either the Tallahassee, Jacksonville or Gainesville, FL commercial presence
  • Drive new commercial relationships across CRE and growing C&I opportunities.
  • Inherit an existing portfolio of Commercial customers to expand relationships.
  • Source, structure, and manage quality deals within a supportive credit and risk framework.
  • Grow and deepen a portfolio of business owners, investors and key COIs.
  • Partner closely with credit, portfolio management, and treasury as the platform continues to scale.
  • Serve as a voice to senior leadership, bringing market intel and shaping strategy.

What Were Looking For

  • Strong commercial banking experience in CRE, C&I, or both, with a track record of originating and managing quality relationships.
  • Tallahassee or Panhandle, Jacksonville or Gainesville market knowledge and COI relationships.
  • A builders mindset - Comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and creating structure.
  • A relationship‑first operator who can handle executive conversations, deliver tough messages well and build long‑term trust.
  • Someone who appreciates stability yet wants the challenge and upside of growing a commercial franchise.

COMP would be a competitive base salary + bonus potential (up to 100% of salary)
